Establishment and First Steps (1988)

Founded as ER PASLANMAZ SAN. TİC. by our esteemed founder Oktay Günaydın in the Bayrampaşa industrial zone. Started its commercial life with the sale of stainless flat sheets.

Machine Investment (1989)

Began trading cut sheets with the acquisition of a guillotine shear machine.

First Plasma Cutting Machine (1990)

The first Plasma cutting machine was invested in and offered to customers.

Title Change (2004)

The company's title and legal entity changed to ER PASLANMAZ METAL SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ.

First Branch and CNC Plasma (2005)

The first branch was opened in the İkitelli Demirciler industrial site. Made its first significant machine investment with a CNC Plasma Cutting machine capable of cutting up to 120 mm thickness.

Second Branch and Laser Cutting (2007)

A second branch was opened for customer service in the Pik Dökümcüler Industrial Site. Acquired a 4 KW CNC Laser Cutting machine capable of cutting 15 mm.

Bending Services (2008)

Started offering bending services with a Hydraulic Press Brake Machine due to the expanding production area.

Production Line Expansion (2009)

Added a 300 Ton 4 Meter Hydraulic Press Brake Bending Machine and a Guillotine Cutting Machine to the production line.

Sheet Stock and Sectoral Expansion (2010)

Increased sheet stock to 100 mm thickness, ensuring cutting quality and suitable stock levels. Expanded its existing portfolio into the Heavy Industry, Defense Industry, and Electrical and Energy Industry sectors.

New Factory Building and Stock Increase (2011)

The entire operation moved to a factory building covering 5,000 m2 in the Akçaburgaz region of Esenyurt district. Significant progress was made with a total stainless steel sheet material stock of 1487 Tons and up to 130 mm thickness, along with new machine investments and processes.

Transition to Fiber Laser Technology (2013)

Transitioned to fiber laser technology with two new CNC Laser Cutting machines, increasing cutting thickness to 30 mm.

Servo Drive Press Brake Machines (2017)

High-precision Servo Drive Press Brake Bending machines and a 440-ton 6-meter Press Brake bending machine were added.

Automatic Weld Seam Opening (2018)

An Automatic Weld Seam Opening Machine was included in the production line.

Larger Factory and Raw Material Stock (2019)

The entire structure moved to a much larger factory building covering 10,000 m2 in the Osmangazi region, also within Esenyurt district. Continuous and wide material variety was further established with 2100 tons+ raw material stock.

Machine Renewal and Pipe Bending Line (2020)

Laser cutting machines were renewed with fiber laser machines, a Spectrometer Device, and UT and Penetrant Inspection Devices. A Cylinder Pipe and Flat Bar Bending line was established. Also, Gas Metal Arc (MIG/MAG) and Argon welding machines, along with a Welding Cleaning machine, were put into service.

Advanced Cutting Capabilities (2021)

Cutting thickness was increased to 50 mm with a state-of-the-art 15KW Fiber Laser Cutting Machine. A Plate Saw Machine, capable of cutting flat bars with a 90-degree cutting surface at 6 meters length, was added to the production line.

Plasma Cutting, Stock Expansion, and Land Acquisition (2022)

A renewed Plasma Cutting Machine achieved production with lower tolerance ranges, cutting up to 160 mm thickness and with less flame spread. Thick gauge 304 KLT and 316 KLT stainless steel sheets, up to 150 mm, were added to stock. A 20,000 m2 factory plot was purchased in the Yassıören Region. Additionally, an Automation Welding Machine started production, enabling the manufacturing of non-standard rectangular hollow sections (Kutu Profil) within the dimensions of 80x40 – 400x400, thickness 4-20 mm, and length 500-6000 mm.

New Investments and Advanced Technology (2023)

A second Plate Saw machine was acquired, allowing for dual-axis cutting. Investment was made in a CNC Straightening Machine that eliminates "camber" type deformation in materials. Investment was made in a CNC Deburring Machine that cleans burrs after cutting. The first agreement for 2024 was made for a 20 KW Laser Cutting Machine.

ERP Software (2024)

ERP Software was developed to manage the entire process, including Technical Drawing, Production, Planning, Invoicing, Shipment, Production Tracking, and Certification.
